Classroom Trailer For Sale!

On the school property there is one classroom trailer, 42 feet long by 12 feet wide, and it is for sale. This trailer comes with two sets of metal steps, and has two doors. The trailer is sitting on cinder blocks with four wheels, two on each side. There is evidence of some roof leakage, but the inside is dry and not moldy. The trailer contains a lot of classroom items, which are all included.

There is an air conditioner mounted in one end of the trailer (working condition unknown).

 

There is a blacktopped driveway allowing easy truck access. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing and moving this classroom trailer. We'll disconnect the electrical service before moving.

The trailer has 9" square vinyl tile on the floor.

The trailer would make a great workshop or storage shed.
